Hotel Terms:

1) Terms INCLUDE:

1. The hotel/Inn/Apartment will provide a one night stay on a single or twin-sharing room in Standard, Superior or Deluxe category.
2. This Package is applicable for two(2) adults only. Extra charges apply (applied) for additional person when an extra bed is required.
3. Breakfast and other category of room types are available upon request and can be added on the existing rates.
4. Surcharge applies during peak periods such as eve and Public Holidays.
5. Most hotels/Inns/Apartment provide free parking (subject to availability of space).
6. Market segment may apply at certain hotels.
7. Rates quoted are nett.

2) Reservation:

1. Reservations will only be accepted through NEW BOB RENT-A-CAR and subject to availability of car and room.
2. Reservations must be accompanied by a minimum deposit of RM200.00 or a one day's Rental.

3) Cancellation:

1. A minimum charge of RM200.00 or a day's rental is applicable for cancellation made less than 72 hours prior to check in.

Note: This Package is on going. New Bob will endeavour to maintain its competitive rate, however, it reserves the right to amend its rates without giving due notice. Please refer to our Sales Officer or contact us on other categories of car and rooms.

Rent-A-Car Terms:

1. Rates stated are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
2. Inclusive of a Saloon Car (Proton Saga BLM, Perodua Myvi or any other 1300cc manual gear model) on a 24 hours hire, maintenance with a 3rd Party Insurance Coverage.
3. Inclusive of 6% Government Service Tax.
4. Inclusive of a full tank of unleaded petrol upon check out and hirer to return full tank. Additional service charge apply, excluding the actual petrol top-up, should the vehicle return without a full tank of petrol.
5. Petrol is limited to 150km per day. Additional charges for exceeding the allowable 150km per day.
6. Additional RM22.00 per day for upgrade to 1500cc capacity auto/manual and RM64.00 per day for upgrade to a 1600cc automatic gear car, subject to availability.
7. Package D - Vehicle Model 850cc manual gear only.
8. Accident and damages arising from the hirer's negligence, a non-waiverable (non-waivable) excess liability fee (excluding activation of airbag cost) applies.
   Group AA till Group BB RM 750.00
   Group CC till Group DD RM 900.00
   Group EE till Group FF RM1200.00
   This excess amount is swiped against hirer’s c/card as precaution / security deposit.
9. Accident arise from speeding, drink-driving which include damages/cost to the Third Party will not be covered under Condition No. 8 (as above).
   
10. Parking & Traffic summonses are to be borne by the hirer.
11. Hirer is responsible for the safe keeping of the car.
12. Rental company is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings of the hirer in the event of a break-in.
13. Replacement of vehicle in the event of breakdown may not be the same model.
14. All pick-up and drop-off will be via Penang International Airport. Delivery/collection charges is applicable for delivery/ collection at/from the hotel. Advance arrangement is required.
15. For eve of public Holidays & public Holidays - surcharge will be applicable under Hotel Reservation.
